Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We only offer domestic shipping within the United States. A flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight. Shipping rates are subject to change at our discretion.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments. Coinflip Trade Card Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If an issue arises with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Issues & Damaged Products

If a package is lost in transit, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement or full refund. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout. Coinflip Trade Card Shop is not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
