Coinflip Trade Card Shop: Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations:
A 3% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations due to payment processor fees.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@coinfliptcg.com with your order ID to request a cancellation. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility:
We strive for customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of trading cards and collectible items, our refund policy is as follows:

Sealed Products: Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent. The product must remain sealed and in its original condition.

Singles: All sales of individual cards are final unless the card arrives in a condition significantly different from the product description.
3. Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coinfliptcg.com. Include your order ID, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
4. Return Process:

Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.

Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards, sale items, and opened sealed products are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds:
